Who wins?

Goku is shown to be incredibly fast, although to what degree is largely vague
Goku's maximum KHH blast can destroy Earth
Saskue seems to be able to swap places with the air, effectively making him a teleporter (does expend his chakra)
Sasuke's strongest attack caused in EQ when colliding and canceling and equally powerful attack.

The flash doesn't have any super human strength yet he hits harder than superman.

Again, punching is not applying force over time like lifting and pulling. It's explosive. It's translating your body's force in a forward motion. It has nothing to do with how much you can lift. Yeah your muscles get stronger so you can lift and push more even if you're training to punch harder but the lifting strength you attain along the way doesn't benefit your punching force much. I will agree that being able to lift more helps but not much if at all. It's not enough to use it as an argument to prove someone can hit harder than someone else or disproving how hard someone can hit.

If you don't agree with me then at least agree with wolf. His example proves that goku's lifting strengh doesn't really effect his striking strength and that it's just something you have to accept

ARGH!! Again with the 40 ton thing? The training Goku was doing with those weights is similar, if not outright identical, to Goku wearing weights back in the 23rd Budokai. Everyone was shocked that Goku was able to move with over 200 lbs of weight even though Goku had long surpassed the level required to lift that very same amount. Not to mention that Krillin couldn't even move with Goku's 40-50 lbs boots weighing him down despite the fact that even as a kid he was casually tossing full grown men (in some cases even huge guys like this)

In short, that weight training proves nothing about Goku's lifting strength.

As for the topic I have nothing to add, I just wanted to set things straight about the weights.

So, there's still someone with common sense.
Thank God.

Never argue with ignorant people, because they drag you down to their level and then they beat you with experience
